[MSFS 2020] VGHS (Dhaka) Localizer Offset for Runways 14 and 32

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
The localizer for runways 14 and 32 at VGHS (Dhaka) appears to be offset or bugged. When aligning to the correct headings (144° for runway 14 and 324° for runway 32), the localizer captures and guides in the right direction but does not align properly with the runway. This makes landings in low-visibility conditions, such as dense fog, extremely challenging. Runway lights are nearly impossible to see even at minimums, often making it too late to correct the approach.

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
All aircraft with ILS capabilities.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
Yes, the issue persists with no community mods or add-ons installed.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Every time an ILS approach is attempted at VGHS for runways 14 or 32.
