ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
AT KDCA, Reagan Washington DC, There is a large hanger at the approach end of Runway 33. No building should be at the end of a runway.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Everytime one tries to land on KDCA runway 33

EETN (Talon) ILS on runway 26 is too low, runs you into the ground before the runway.

CYCO Kugluktuk Airport, runway can’t be selected and the runway is full of huge bumps and trees. You should be able to land a 737-200 here but even landing the Caravan here is another level.

• Description – Airfield was closed for anything but model airplanes in 2019 due to noise issues, aspahlt runway was dismantled in 2020, apron is by now a building site (which, ironically is even represented in the default scenery in form of asphalt ‘dirt hills’ in the middle of the apron)

• Category – Runway
• Description – Runway as in the sim right now has a length of 1500m and an enormous displaced threshold, covering the runway’s entire southern half.
  Satellite imagery and (LIDO) charts show such a threshold doesn’t exist and the whole runway length of 2900m is in use.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

There is a flight-killing bump at the threshold markings on RWY 13 VHHX (Kai Tak International). It is hard enough that on take-off it will force a nose down attitude and end the flight due to damage.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. Start a Free Flight at VHHX and use RWY 13 for departure.
2. Use the very last taxi on-ramp to join the runway and taxi down to the threshold (piano keys).
3. Your aircraft will encounter an invisible bump right before the threshold (see video enclosed)

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: RNAV 28-Z approach to runway 28 at St. John’s NL Canada CYYT is not available as an approach in MSFS2020 when preparing flight plan in World View. All other approaches at CYYT are available, but not fully labelled.

Community folder was re-labelled. Problem still occurs.

1. Navigraph shows the missing approach. I am a subscriber. Little NavMap also shows RNAV 28-Z. AIRAC 2501 update.
2. I tested several other RNAV approaches using 530/430 GPS at CYYT, and all others worked except RNAV 28-Z. I also tried various aircraft (see above)

Description of the issue:

KVLL Runways are 10/28 and have not been updated since release. There is an RNAV approach to 10 including circling minimums to 28. The approach does not exist in the sim.

wish i had seen this list of closed airports before, but i ran a career mode mission to Minsk-1 (UMMM) this evening and this had some very interesting challenges. Career mode should not offer missions to closed airports, because in this specific case it came with a bunch of interesting obstacles:

tall skyscrapers on both runway 12 and 30 (30 pictured here)

hold shorts located inside buildings… i was able to get within an inch of the wingtip touching the building where it finally decided to pop out the hold short box so i could actually get inside of it without touching the building, and then it proceded to instruct me to taxi another mile to what can only be described as some kind of business park where all cars were replaced with planes… the runway, taxiways, parkingspots etc were all covered in fast moving car traffic as well

oh and on approach to runway 30 there’s apparantly also a forbidden airspace that i got dinged for

otherwise was a fun flight, but please asobo/microsoft, could you make sure we dont get sent to these kinds of closed runways?

XS36 starts the aircraft with a tree directly in front of the left wing. With full right break, rudder, it is unavoidable and therefor blocks all traffic from leaving

KJFK Runway 22R ILS is not aligned with the runway.

Edit:
Quite a few ILS approaches are “offset” - most often because there is no space for the ILS localizer antenna at the appropriate distance behind the runway , but also sometimes to clear an obstacle on approach (KFLG)

The helipad at YXFH (Fiona Stanley Hospital) ground level is not at the graphic height ie when you land it’s actually above the helipad.

Yeah I find this with a lot of soft runway aerodromes, quite often in career mode, you have to abort mission otherwise you just damage the aircraft.
