Identifier: KDWA
Name: Yolo County Airport (west of Davis, CA)
Category: Missing its runway designations
Description: Both the 16 & 34 designations are missing from the single runway.
Identifier: 8OK4 (2nd character is a capital “oh”, not a zero)
Name: Brandley Airport (south of El Reno, OK)
Category: Closed
Description: Both Brandley (8OK4) & Pellar Farm (28OK) airport circles, on the simulator map, occupy the same runway. Only one can be correct. According to data I searched, Brandley is closed, and Pellar Farm Airport is open.
Something else is wrong there, too. Those edge markings are completely incorrect - they look like centerline stripes (proportionally, but at the wrong scale) instead of being solid. And the centerline stripes look like something else altogether. I wonder if it’s similar to the issue we observed at KAVX, where the texture map for certain markings is being swapped for another. This is potentially worthy of a specific bug report - it would be good to know what’s causing this.
For the MS/Asobo teams :
Although in Quebec, may we expect a correction in the “relatively near” future?
It does seem as though everything over the 50th parallel is… erroneous.
Thanks!

– Category: Improper building texture
– Description: At fairly far distances (but still visible as one approaches from any direction), the roof of the last hanger-- to the east side of the airport-- appears to have magenta “checkboard” markings.
As you get closer, the magenta disappears and is replaced by what looks like a flat white roof. As you get closer still, sky lights appear on the roof. (That is to say, everything looks as it should). Only as you get further away, is the magenta texturing noticeable, and it’s only that one building. All other buildings at the airport (though stock and boring) appear to be fine.

Name: Kisarazu Heliport Marina

Description: Kisarazu Heliport Marina (RJXN5) helipad is erroneously replaced with a building. The building isn’t solid. Beginning a flight there results in the helicopter starting half inside the structure. Just North East of RJTK.

Description: Taxiway seems to be excessively steep. I can’t imagine this to be the case in real?
See media below:
Yeah, that’s not right. The runway is an average slope of almost 3% up to the northwest, and there are definitely some bumps as you can see in the pic below, but no 30’ cliff.
Interestingly, the Google elevation also shows a bump similar to that, but a couple dozen feet to the east of the taxiway - it’s almost as if it got extended out to the taxiway in the sim. You can see it in this pic as a leveled-off spot where RVs are parked:
Yet, no cliff on the taxiway. I can see another big rise near the opposite end. It’s almost like the airport is generally sloped correctly, but there’s a big flatten polygon where that ramp is, which creates another ahead of you. Wondering if the sim has the end elevations of the runway correct.
Also, I hope my analyses of some of these are welcome in the thread - it feels like it may be off-topic, but for me it’s part troubleshooting a plethora of errors, looking for commonality, and part bookmarking and giving meaning to what we’re seeing so we can fix it in the World Hub (if possible).
Adding more details to @meh1951 report for KDFW (MSFS 2024 Airport / Helipad Issue Tracker - #914 by MelvinQuebec):
All ground markings alongside RWY 36R/18L are wrong: they say 36L/18R
All ground markings alongside RWY 35C/17C are wrong, they say 35L/17R
Taxi signs are correct.

Edit: 29-06-2025: This issue is fixed - unfortunately a side effect of an accidently activated MSFS2020 addon - not Asobo’s fault.
Description of the issue:
At YCES (Victoria, Australia) there are invisible taxiway bumps surrounding the grass ramp area south of RWY18, where if you attempt to taxi your plane will be destroyed. I’ve tried several GA aircraft types and taxiing in different directions towards the runway with the same result.
ICAO, coordinates, or specific location:
YCES, south of RWY18 ramp parking surrounded by invisible bumps
[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
Still running STOCK MSFS24
Every time I’ve attempted taxing a GA plane at YCES (5 times so far.)
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
1.Spawn in south of RWY18 at ramp
2. Attempt to taxi slowly to the runway.
3. Run into invisible bumps.
4. Attempt to power over them when you get stuck
5. Results in the destruction of plane.

For some historic airports, that are meanwhile closed, it is a allthough great to have them revived in the flight simulator. One Example: Chicago Meigs Field KCGX.
