Community Update: Following feedback regarding the real-world offset of the SANR VOR approach, this bug report is now focused exclusively on the following two core issues:*
Runway Markings: Complete absence of painted markings, thresholds, and centerline details.
Lighting Systems: Complete absence of runway edge lights, Approach Lighting Systems (ALS), and PAPI/VASI indicators.
Thanks for the clarification regarding the offset VOR approach! That makes total sense for the visual segment before touchdown. I’m glad to confirm the missing runway lighting and markings are clear issues. I’ll make sure the post tags are correctly set as well. Thanks for checking!
Description – The airport is missing from the database entirely, though it is now open and serving flights from San Jose International in Costa Rica. The outline of the field is visible from above, but it is not level and cannot be properly landed on.
Identifier - HTMW Name - Mwanza Airport Category - Grounds and Facilities Description - Stand layout and stand specifications are incorrect in the simulator compared to current airport documentation and aeronautical charts. Additionally, stand and apron markings are missing.
Description – The airport is covered in excessive autogen trees along the tarmacs and taxiways/runways. Seems to be an issue since the release of SU6 (MSFS 2024)

There is some strange Dr Who water elevation issue, and a cavernous gap, where the ocean meets the threshold of Runway 32 (see screenshot) at SCIR Robinson Crusoe air field, Chile (an Island off the coast). And, the same at the far end of the runway as well.
Description of the issue: Crash on airport taxiway after landing and taxiing to partking. LFPG taxiway G3. Using the A330-300P2F(RR). I was taxiing about 12-13kts and crashed when i went to go over the bridge. No damage to the aircraft after being kicked out of my flight, but a wasted 10 hours for no 35-50mil payout. Very frustrating.
Please give us a method to not crash while taxiing normally, or some sort of partial payout for getting the cargo there. Losing out on a 10 hour flight is INSANELY frustrating.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? This will occur everytime you hit this bridge at LFPG. Frankly this issue happens to be at multiple airports, sometimes on open and empty taxiways. It’s frustrating having a great flight and having nothing to show for it because the game is broken.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
Taxi over the bridge on G3 at LFPG.

[PC, MSFS 2020 Only] Are you using DX11 or DX12?
[PC Only] What GPU (Graphics Card) do you use? RTX5080, but irrelevant
[PC Only] What other relevant PC specs can you share? This happens regardless of PC specs
MEDIA
I don’t have a video of the crash occuring, but here is the location it happened.
Hi @jurat817
The issue is not specifically related only to career flights. I tested it in free flight using the TBM 930, PC/Store version, no add-on’s of any kind, no external programs running and duplicated the plane crash you described. I went over the same bridge and got bumped so hard it crashed me into the sky, and caused the flight to restart.
Appears to be an issue with the airport.
Concur with you that in career, such things (or other non-player caused problems!) should not cause loss of mission/pay/etc.
Regards
It is the stock scenery, so every time you start MSFS2020/2024.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Compare the MS-Flightplanner coordinates of runway 08/26 with the runway coordinates in the sim (MSFS2020/2024). The coordinates in MS-Flightplanner are correct, but do not correspond to the runway in the sim.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: Runway is offset at 50% length. It looks as though an extension has been added as a new runway offset to old instead of an extension to existing as it is in real life.
