To be fair as it has been pointed out… The bugs may have been found and some executive may have made the decision to push to production even though 10,000 of known bugs existed.
It would be nice for some to admit what happened here. Was it a lack of testing or was it a push to production with known bugs. It can only be ONE of the two.
