#msfs-2024. Contacting Microsoft

Ok, so it has been several days. I finally got past the 97% block after quite a few tries. But the sim doesn’t work. What do I do now? Do I just keep trying?
Do I uninstall and start again? I pre-ordered weeks ago the Premium Deluxe edition. When I finally managed to start the download it didn’t ask which edition I had bought. This was bought for someone who is looking forward to it as a Christmas present - will it be sorted by then to prevent disappointed Kids?

Nobody can answer that. Maybe not even Microsoft or Asobo.

More than likely a lot of things will be fixed by Christmas but a lot probably won’t. There seems to be some significant issues that may take much more effort.

There’s a lot of things noted when 2020 launched that weren’t fixed in four years but a lot was.

I’d have a backup plan at least until we know more how this will shake out.
