MSFS 2024 controller and Profil settings importing into Excel

Dear All,

Is there somewhere a tool available to import the actual controller and keyboard settings into an excel file? I’m starting to get bit lost with more and more airplane specific hotas, joke and joystick profiles and settings.

Thanks for your comment

Never come across one. I photograph all my bindings on my mobile so I have some way of resetting things if all was lost…

Not to my knowledge. I had to manually create my own spreadsheet as, with over 70 different profiles set up, I too was losing track of what I had configured. Plan for a loooong afternoon’s work if you have as many as I do. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

you can export and save the file locally for each of your control profiles within the Sim.

Yes, and that helps immeasurably for backups, but the XML files are not that helpful for just viewing one’s control mappings for multiple controllers and aircraft. It probably would be possible to write a small program to parse the XML files into a spreadsheet, though.

I’m using FSProfiles.

copy from Web table to Excel is easy

Thanks a lot for referring to this helpful tools from flightsim.to FSprofiles is the way to go.

The “AfficheurProfilsFS24” software is also available on Flightsim.to.
It allows you to read profiles and export them directly to Excel.
