ISSUE DESCRIPTION
**Description of the issue: When I try to enter free flight using an A320neo(v2) the game crashes some of the time. It tries to load for about 20 seconds on my Xbox Series S before crashing. This happened to me at Auckland International Airport. I select anywhere on the world map in free flight, and it loads for a bit, then crashes. It varies how quickly it crashes too, sometimes still on the map, sometimes in the game, after a few seconds. See video below for example. **

• It happens when I try to load every plane in msfs2024, except for the Cessnas

Same with me. Also Xbox Series X. Cache on Standard 16GB. Does not depend on the location (same in Dessert and in urban area). No CTD, just freezing Desktop.
Sometimes I can fly smaller and rather complex Aircraft, like Cessnas or some Carenado Planes. No Chance to get to fly the A320/A321/A330 and so on.
I also have this issue. Whenever I manage to load into the sim at any airport with; A320 V2, A321, A330. All of the screens stay off apart from the EFB.
It is all about bigger aircraft in general that cause problems. To me it happened today also with bigger helicopters, like the Airbus H225. I am sure they will solve this as soon as they can.
I can kind of get into the plane now, but it like lags out and generally crashes. I tried loading into a landing challenge (which are actually quite broken I believe, last I checked) that used an A320neo (v2) and it just loaded for triple the amount of time it was loading for helicopters and others, and never ended up loading in.

• CTD happens very consistently with these aircraft when starting a flight from the runway. Size of the airport/scenery does not seem to make a difference. When loading from cold/dark, I am sometimes able to do the walk around, but all buttons and switches in the cockpit are completely unresponsive. After looking around the cockpit, the SIM will freeze and CTD.

I had a very similar issue to this on Xbox series X, but it wouldn’t let me load into the plane. it just crashes on the map. No problems with my Xbox or internet connection.
Yeah, that was similar to what used to happen to me. It’s strange, at the start it would just crash on the map, and just not zoom in, before freezing or CTD. Then I started being able to enter the aircraft after the map screen, but it was super laggy, like I am meaning a frame every 2 seconds, POI loading slower than the AI aircraft, and then it would crash. I am assuming you are still having this issue and it hasn’t improved?
