[MSFS 2024 SU5][VR][Pimax Crystal Light] Using VR controller in cockpit causes complete cockpit/input lockout, ESC no longer works

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Using Phenom 300E MSFS store aircraft, With VR controller interaction in a cockpit, initially looks like everything works fine when trying to set MFD/PFD but after that, looks like the controllers losing ability to interact with the cockpit at all (the rays from the controllers goes through the buttons and switches causes complete cockpit/input lockout.
Even when getting out of VR, the keyboard and mouse cannot control the cockpit anymore. even ESC to terminate a flight no longer works.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

This is happening 100% of the time. I did not check on other aircraft yet as PMDG but this only started to show up after SU5.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Enter into VR. In the Phenom, select either PFD1 or MFD with the right/left selection button in the “touch screen” at the pedestal.

  2. Interact with the touch screen to enter any data, etc.

  3. Try to interact back with switches and gauges in the cockpit and the interaction will not be possible. Getting out of VR still has 0 interaction with the cockpit and the flight.

I don’t own the phenom 300, but In VR i’ve had several instances of ESC key not working. I don’t think it’s related to the 300. It might be Pimax related I thought, but it also happens with Quest 3. It is MSFS 2024 Su5 problem. Haven’t been able to reproduce and haven’t figured out a way to recover from it besides going out oof VR and ending flight. it was so bad I thought my keyboard batteries were dead… etc… frustrating.
