That is simply conjecture. There has been no announcement of a MSFS 2028.
All this blah, blah is pure speculation. Just keep on with 2024 and wait till an announcement is made. There is sure to be something in the future so hang tight and be happy with what we have at the moment.
my ideal default Airbus lineup would be a321 Neo standard, a319, a220 200, A350LR and a350F, and a380 instead of more 747 variants I’d just use one time,
In free flight most of my Airbus flying is done with the Fenix a321 the most and I don’t really touch the a320
I do need more default regional aircraft like the e135, do328, e145, 717-200, beech 99 and Beechcraft 1900D, getting to the max and 707 is so far out of reach still, and the 330 and 747’s is even harder with out cheaper stuff to add to build passive income
Honestly, I see no difference between this video and what I get in FS2024 today.
Better ATC would be nice - rather than a whole new application. MSFS 2024 works pretty well even on my older (but high spec) computer (Xeon W3275M and RX9070XT GPU).
Even FSX had okay ATC for most uses. And some better default traffic - which doesn’t have parked aircraft balanced dangerously on their main landing gear (with missing nose wheels) and also have more realistic touch down of the traffic aircraft so they don’t just slam into the runway.
On another tangent, what if Microsoft included a study level plane by default, for instance a Concorde with a actual realistic Delco Carousel IV-AC inertial navigation system (9 waypoints with the stored waypoints functions) and the proper Concorde automatic flight control system and auto-throttle system.
There are enough people still around with detailed data and knowledge of the plane that it should be possible, some of the pilots are still around as well. This would also be a nice way to show a very detailed study level plane can work without those dreaded WASM errors.
That would be the only plane I would fly, I still remember the systems of that plane fairly well. Inter continental flying in 3 hours is a great thing. 
Neither 2020 or 2024 were ever 200 euros sims. Base sim is around 60/70, and they sell you a bunch of add-ons for 140.
