Hey is the trim fixed in this mod
On the standard version of this plane one click moves the trim waaay too much

I know it’s not my hardware because on other planes it’s fine!

Thanks!
The Flight model is still being adjusted so thanks for the heads up!

It’s slightly improved, I am still working on the flight model - the initial betas were just making the aircraft actually work in SU5 without serious issues!

We are getting around to it, let me know what you think!

I’ll give it a go🙂

I’m a sucker for those too… Especially model trucks that flip up to show the engine off etc
All the liveries for the default plane should work fine, the only issues that have issues (which is known but not on my priority list for now) are the Asobo made ones like “Aviators” etc, mainly due to the way Asobo make them! They’ll get made compatible eventually just not yet as it’s extremely time consuming!

However, any based off the default decals or custom made ones like the Blue Metal livery should work as expected!

If a Livery designer find that the instruments inside turn Pink etc, I have included the relevant files to fix that issue on Github!

Yes, same thing here. That’s unfortunate.

Fantastic :+1:

LOVE the mod! And I 2nd (3rd?) the request for the C172.

One thing I noticed, is the ball looks squished in this update. Not sure if this is known (didn’t see it, or missed it when checking)

The transponder doesn’t show up for me and the ADF tuning is janky. I tried to load the plane also with no other mods, and got the same issues. Is this a bug for anyone else or am I missing something?

I know the fix for this!
When Beta 3 drops it’ll be sorted (later today)

Doesn’t show up at all?
Does it show up Pink?
Using the default textures/livery?
Does the ADF have just 3 massive numbers? Or does it look like the display?

Make sure you have JPLogistics Beta 2 installed!
Best practise, delete the mod folder entirely then reinstall it (some file changes recently that can cause conflict so do not overwrite them)

This is known!
I had forgotten to adjust the textures, I’m working on that one!

Josh,

can you also implement (in addition to roll trim already available) rudder trimming, please?

I remember doing it myself on one of the .lua files in the previous version. Not mandatory but available if someone wants to use it…

Thank you!

Hey!
I can sure take a look, which .Lua files were you editing? (Out of interest)
Thanks!

I think it was flight_model.cfg within SimObject>Airplanes>Asobo C152.

There is a trim value which is “0”…last time I changed it to “1” and rudder trim started working.

I seem to have this issue too, hope a fix can be found!

After messing with it some more, the transponder screen will sometimes show when you click on the numbers like if you were inputting a code. But it’s random and doesn’t happen every time. Other than that it doesn’t show up at all. Doesn’t show up pink either.

Using default livery.

The ADF display shows up and looks like it should, but if you try to adjust the frequency, it doesn’t change with each input. It will only adjust every few clicks or turns of the mouse wheel.

I doubled checked that I had beta 2 installed and tried again with an empty community folder and was able to repeat.

Thanks for your continued support of this mod.

Beta 3 will solve this, aiming for release in a few hours!

Are you turning it on? Can you see the ON/ALT/OFF buttons?
