Yeah it wasn’t cheap having the 152 transported back to a field with a mechanic available.

You can actually use the TUG Addon, to tow your pane anywhere you want, typically by Road, back to an airport, !!

You don’t want to make a habit of that (Yawn), but having done it once , its a great incentive to to put yourself in a situation to have to do it again. IMMERSION !!

I type this message from my virtual hospital bed as a result of the amazing state saving feature of this plane combined with my stupidity. I was taking off from Hidden Splendor Airstrip in Utah and failed to account for the fact that I had landed with full flaps on my previous flight. At an altitude of around 5000’, terrain elevation, and my flaps fully extended, it created a recipe for disaster. I could not figure out why i wasn’t climbing and crashed about a mile from the airstrip. Great Lesson and Great Plane!

I have a two page check list that I use, which includes “flaps set for take off” you might try to make one for yourself.

State Saving is something that should be default for all MSFS aircraft, default or 3rd party.

Sadly it isn’t.

Well done JPL.

I’ve been really super enjoying the JPL C152, it’s one of my top favorites. This is such a fantastic little package, and I do love putting around in the taildragger intercepting VOR radials and throwing virtual chewing gum out the window.

I noticed that the developer @WeptBurrito2749 took the files down from Flightsim.to, and I was curious if anyone knows where future updates will be hosted? Or, if it becomes payware, the “shut up and take my money” link would be appropriate. THANKS

They post direct links to new package downloads on their Discord server. They also announce updates there, and if you turn notifications on, you’ll know when it’s time to visit…

What is the current version?

Some one can share the discord from the developer of the C152?

Incredible work…seriously, your 152 Mod has been incredible for the MSFS community. Thank you.

With the addition of the Garmin GTN 750, do you have plans to remove the marker beacon lights/controls on the top part of the panel? The GTN 750 has all of that built in.

To be honest, I have never seen a 152 panel with the marker beacon setup like that, so I don’t know where Asobo got the idea to begin with.
