Cant find anywhere Terms of commercial use. We run computer club and want to install FS2020 for the clients. Should I buy any other type of licence in this case?

Forgive me if I’m wrong but I always understood it was one licence for one machine. I had a similar discussion with MicroSoft last year during a technical chat on an installation problem with their helpdesk.
Anyway, might be wrong, as I say.
