What time are dev blog updates & market place updateson Xbox posted? I’ve read & seen it’s been Thursdays? But I’ve seen Xbox not reflect till very late Thursday night or Friday morning.

To answer your question, Thursday around 4PM to 6PM (PST). Those announcements are made in News & Announcements
@Hester40MT thanks for the move and answer on the blog. When is the market place updated usually by? I t seems there is a lag between the blog post and seeing new items pushed on Xbox.
Marketplace can vary in times as well as days.

They are both updated in the announcement but physical marketplace items can be delayed or earlier than the announcement.

To expand a bit on what Hester40MT said, typically marketplace updates come out within an hour of the dev update (emphasis on typically) 
If there is a delay of more than a few hours this is typically noted in the dev update.

The dev update does indeed come out on a Thursday, however this is usually Thursday afternoon Pacific Standard Time as most of our team are based in that timezone! The exact time of release can vary depending on the content we need to include, and when we receive all of the information from the different teams who contribute. As noted by others here the Marketplace update then follows a short while afterwards.

That is another user on the VATSIM multiplayer network who had logged on as an A380. I’m not sure what addon they were using, sorry! There is currently no A380 available on the XBOX platform to my knowledge.
