After a complete re-install thew SIM does not start. Hanging in Search for updates since 15 min. Installed from MS Store/XBOX on PC. All Drivers actual-. Any Idea?

Tried everything. Nothing helps. Now i installed again everything. All the WORLD Updates are an Imposition. Sometimes 99 mbit, sometimes 2 mbit. Needs more than 10 hours to complete all with a 100 Mbit Line.
