I am desperate, MSFS doesn’t start anymore even after reinstallation . It worked perfectly three days ago and now a black screen just after the launch spalsh screen . I never see again the Asobo logo etc… It says nothing just remain black
where can I find a log file to see what is causing this??
help me please

how long can it take before seeing the asobo logo?

Have you tried some standard trouble shooting like emptying/renaming your community folder… closing down any background tasks? Any recent windows updates or other drivers like graphics card etc.?
If you search in your installed apps for Microsoft flight simulator, under advanced you will find a button for repair app. Give it a try, just in case.

thanks for your help.It is now solved. The problem was with my logitech headset. I don’t know the reason but after unplugging it, MSFS started correctly.
