If I understand correctly, the download keeps resetting (or looping)? Look at some of the existing topics by doing a search on “looping”:

Hi,
I was a complete gaming newbie when keenly approaching the FS a fortnight ago. Apparently I did encounter similar problems as you. After a rather painful learning curve I must concede that a big percentage of my own crash history has to be attributed to hardware issues (poor WLAN stick and faulty RAM module breaking down in performance when first-time challenged by the tremendous FS storage and download volume). Please have a glance at the description of my hardware and my hardware issues in my forum profile. I hope that all this might help in your case as well.
