Hello! While MSFS Livery Tools does not create composite files, I’ve put some tips in the wiki: Texture editing tips · leandroarndt/msfs_livery_tools Wiki · GitHub – you just need a image editing tool for doing this.
The app can pack those texture files into your livery, though.
