Brief description of the issue:
no matter what scenery, when using alt tab to switch to browser window (SimBrief etc) the focus is locked to MSFS and will NOT allow interfacing with any other window. The only way to correct is to exit out of MSFS.

Happens every time I open sim, enter a flight, alt tab or alt Enter to switch to Windowed Mode.
