You mean actually sign out or close the simulator and restart?

Close the sim, activate the the steam overlays and restart sim.

There are other issues too - if in UK you must have your ID verified.
Your account details in MS and Xbox must match, plus email address etc.
Failing all that contact Zendesk and ask them to see if they can find a reason.

Also, if it still is an issue, post a picture of what is happening, maybe someone knows the answer.

I think I’m almost done w/ this game on PS5. No real updates to the marketplace. I may sell off the game and then re-buy it later if they ever decide to fully support the PS5 version.

Friend, don’t get upset) I also play on the PS5, and yes, there aren’t many updates in the store, but I’m really looking forward to the livery.

However, I’ve been told that the high stability requirements for entering the store on Sony are necessary to ensure that the game doesn’t break, and the Japanese are taking extra precautions to avoid a broken simulator.
