MSFS or NVIDIA Settings to Fix This Lighting Issue

Hello, recently I watched some videos to improve my graphics performance in MSFS. I am assuming I changed something that is now causing my night lighting to have such a “hard” atmospheric glow, if you will. In the past the lighting would have a smooth diffused look if there was moisture in the air.

Now as you can see in the attached images, there is like a hard line all of the way around the plane. What setting should I look at to make that not as sharp and more diffused like it used to look like?

Thanks!

Hi @robhaynes1982 ,

Thank you for your post! Your topic has been moved to a sub-category of the User Support Hub

Best advice would be to go back through the videos, and undo the changes you made.

I know disabling lens flare will remove the glare around the sun, and there is also a Bloom option you can disable.

If it was just in the UI, and no Community mods you could just reset your graphics options to default, then set them back the way you want.
