Hi, all this is my first post as I reach out for some guidance. I have just returned to MSFS2020 following a 4 month break due to moving home. My first few power ups of the PC consisted of securing all of the overdue updates inc, MS, Nvidia drivers etc and the mandatory MSFS updates. With all of this action complete i finally got hands on the sim. Performance was good - until i started to Crash to Desktop. I have read some of the forum strands on this to try and correct this. Todays ‘mandatory update’ appears to be almost re-install size 115gb. On checking the storage remaining its as is MSFS has mysteriously uninstalled itself ? is this possible. Such a large update will take all day on my internet speed. Appreciate anyone thoughts or experience of any similar issues.
