Actually, what I meant was,when PG is turned OFF, the buildings are AI Generated (Not Real).
As noted in the attached photos, The top one is with PG ON and I see the actual buildings that exist when I depart Pensacola International AP to the west. I can fly right over the Sacred Heat Hospital and see the Hospital signs as the actually are today.
If you notice the second photo. That is AI generated. Most of the buildings do not exist as depicted. It looks good but it is not real. It is computer generated buildings. Now this is the result of PG ON or OFF in a Photogrammetry city. Other areas that were never accorded photogrammetry design may not be as easy to tell the difference.

If I fly over my home to the west of Pensacola and slightly out of the photogrammetry generated area, it is obvious to me that it is not nearly as accurate and the buildings are computer generated, unlike an area the has been declared as a photogrammetry area in MSFS.
