As the subject says, sim doesn’t seem to recognize my D install.
Took a break for a few weeks, came back today, and as soon as the update screen appears on loading (v1.15.10.0), it jumps to a fresh install prompt and a rather annoying “welcome aboard” message.
First time with this issue. Tried restarting, signing out/in to the MS Store (where I purchased it), browsing again to D location. Unfortunately, the problem persists. Any suggestions?
I’ve had something similar. In stead of a few mb for a hotfix it started downloading 22gb, after I hadn’t started the sim for a few weeks. Turned out I skipped over a World Update. I do remember the ‘Welcome on board’, like it was a first install.
So are you sure it’s a full install and not just a WU you missed in the weeks you were gone?
