Reinstalled MSFS on new computer. Installation went without problem
On starting MSFS it loads but install bar stops approx 900 millimeters from the end of bar.
MSFS just stays there with the music playing.
Have tried various default aircraft but result is the same.
MSFS is using approx 6% variable CPU usage (Task Manager).
Any advice/assistance would be greatly appreciated

but problem remains. I am reinstalling again to see if previous download
was corrupted somehow.
I have new install of MSFS ( Version 1.32.7.0) which I have downloaded twice to see if that fixed the problem. Community folder is empty.
Having pressed FLY it loads but install bar stops approx 90 millimeters from the end of bar. and will never complete.
If I turn off Data Functionality everything loads but naturally Live Traffic and Live weather functions are inoperable. I have reset everything to Default but the problem remains.
I have searched Google, Microsoft and these forums without luck. I read that windows update
KB5025239 when uninstalled seemed to fix the problem but I have been unable to uninstall
KB5025239. All Windows Updates are current.

Had the same issue for two years and read all I could to solve it. What really seems to help is to change the aircraft (or even only the livery) every time you start a new session of Flight Simulator. So never use the same aircraft (or livery) in a row. I have never had the issue again, even after version 1.32.7.0.
How long have you waited for this to try to complete?
5 -30 minutes on several occasions.
It can take a lot more than 5 minutes, although 30 is getting long.
I have an older rig and 10 -15 is not uncommon.
With a fresh start, times will be longer.
It might not hurt to let it go and see what does happen.

You can “Submit a Request” to Zendesk from the Support tab at the top of the page.
Try this first though:
I will try that suggestion if it doesn’t load after a few hours.

Have run for MSFS 2.25 hours and still the same problem .
Followed link that you provided using CMD prompt. Unfortunately did not fix the problem.
What I don’t understand is that MSFS is really trying to load as evidenced in Task Manager.
After checking during the 2.25 hours MSFS CPU usage rose up to 15.3% with Memory usage
was 5287 mb variable.
Further I have reset MSFS several times. Uninstalled /reinstalled /updated XBOX and Game Bar apps.
Something definitely must be blocking the loading process. MSFS has been granted access in Windows Defender Firewall and as a long shot I an about to do an in situ reinstall of Win11.
The only other thing was a suggestion to uninstall KB5025239 windows update but have not been able to uninstall it and will seek help on Window 11 forum.

Just after last posting I noticed load bar had advanced for some unknown reason (nothing touched) to approx 5mm from being fully loaded.
Let it run for approx 2o minutes but nothing changed. Restarted MSFS loading then went to position
as has ben the case from the start after approx 20minutes
