yes I start in secure mode

Brief description of the issue:

After the 1.36.2.0 update it is impossible for me to start the flight from EGLL. MSFS won’t quite load and I have to abort the load. I have tried at another airport and without problems. Any help?

Hi @Franmavi,
I have moved your report to the User Support Hub Install, Performance & Graphics sub-category that is more appropriate.
If you have your rolling cache enabled, disable it and test again. Also make sure your community folder is empty.

Following your advice, disabling the cache and emptying the community folder, the problem is solved.
After that, I restored the community folder to its previous state and there was no problem.
