When you say " similar problem", what exactly do you see - the same error window as shown in the OP’s screenshot, or something else?
Likewise, you say “Starts to open and then Closes” - Can you be a bit more specific? It’s hard to provide suggestions without some more detailed information about exactly what is occurring on your PC.
