I had the same problem and made a Ticket on the Zendesk. They told me that some will appear when the Server Problems are fully resolved (In my Case the Premium Deluxe Aircraft and Airports from 2020) and the rest will be available as soon as the Marketplace arrives for which they only told in the coming week(s)
