I purchased the Aerosoft aviator bundle in September. Since I received my code to upgrade, I have been unable to fly the H225 helicopter. I am currently playing on the Xbox Series X (galaxy version). I load in to attempt a start-up procedure and the game crashes. I load in as ready to fly. The engines are going, rotors are spinning, cyclic moves, and rudders move, except for the collective. The collective appears as if it is unfunctional and can not be used. I exit the helicopter, and it crashes the game again. I have un-installed the game, and it seems like there is no fix. The one aircraft I purchased the game for, I can’t fly. Please help.
