Throttle should be left at max for flight. The governor manages it once startup is complete. If you are loading the aircraft running, you really don’t need an axis assigned to throttle.
You do need ‘collective axis’ bound. I’m not on Xbox , so I may not be much help, but myself and other users have found some conflicts in the control system.
When in the control settings menu, if there is a number next to an assigned axis or button, that means there is a conflict.
