[MSFS2024] Amphibian Aerospace Albatross G111/HU16

Ah, ok, I closed the oil coolers during climb. My bad. That’s a good reason to test winter flying conditions. :snowman:

@kaha300d Well, I just flew your exact route, CYSE to KSEA, in the HU-16 using the legacy avionics, tracking the 142 radial from the seatac VOR on autopilot nav mode, at 6000 feet. Flew near Spanish Banks as well (where I first grew up actually) and no issues at all. Had a fair bit of chop as well with live weather near the north shore mountains and again over Whidbey Island, but it stayed on nav mode the whole trip and tracked perfectly.

It did finally switch to ROL mode as I passed over the VOR though, as the LOC needle started to get twitchy. Not sure if that’s expected, or could be a data point? I switched back to nav mode and tracked back towards the VOR and it did the same again when I passed directly over it.

Not sure what might be causing it for you inbound though. I don’t have FSUIPC installed.

Thank you for giving it a shot, I almost expected this result. I will further try to find what’s the reason for it to happen.

@LonelySkyTours Thank you very much, glad you’re enjoying it!
