That made my day! It’s working now! Grateful ![]()

Most definitely a bug. Shortly after takeoff, the aircraft stopped responding to mouse clicks in VR. Yanking on the stick to break out of AP mode returned mouse clicks to normal. I’m going to see if I can nail down the cause.
the correct pitch sounds are not there, especially when having the throttle in “beta range”
also the nose gear is a little to high (i work with ATRS everyday) not trying to be critical. Hopefully these are easy tweaks
I think the sounds have improved, when this thing got released it seemed like they jusy copied the PT-6 sounds from the Beech Kingair. But still it does not sound like an ATR, the frequency is too high.
Pretty much all other sounds are quite bad also, from pitch trim whooler to GPWS sounds. It’s all not great. I guess you could easily get proper samples from Youtube and use them
.
This time the cockpit stopped responding to the mouse while I was still on the runway. I toggled out of VR, and the mouse worked just fine. I did Esc Restart, and so far the VR flight is working as expected. This is with a flight plan from the World Planner. I am going to try downloading the aircraft next.
im happy that, at the time of writing, i haven’t had a single cockpit freeze after the aau4 update, which is something that i got very frequently with the previous version and it ruined my flights
fingers crossed, we can cross that one off the list
What’s up with these textures? This is the 42-600 Highline 2. I thought maybe icing, but anti-ice does not change it.
dont know about those texture, but IRL anti-ice would do nothing as its outside the boots
Try to explain that to Asobo
.
Is there a proper paint kit for this aircraft?
With all due respect to your opinions and explanations, which are teaching me a lot, for me, this ATR is the MSFS 2024 plane I find most fun to fly and enjoy the most, despite its flaws. Maybe it’s the size, maybe it’s the cockpit, maybe it’s the views, maybe it’s the unpredictability… I don’t know, but I just love this plane. I think it has a soul.
imagine that, but with less bugs
pretty much the whole msfs2024 experience…
it’s always ‘‘despite its flaws’’
amen to that brother
In general i think the ATR mirrors the standard in total of MSFS2020 and MSFS2024…
I have lots of problems to calibrate my velocity flight deck throttle within the ATR. Mainly it’s really hard to get and keep the throttle in the notch. One Throttle axis and no reverser axis is in use. Any hints would be perfect.
It does seem a little temperamental. I have only flown once, but I only did a quick crude throttle calibration. A screenshot of your settings in the EFB might be helpful. My thoughts after my one flight is that I might need to expand the hysteresis between changing states which is one of the options in the throttle calibration screen. My settings might be too small.
Use spad for such things
I will give Axis and Ohs a chance later on.
A very boring dependency called FSUIPC for that app
