Did you move those up (ON), down would only activate the starter without ignition. Then at 15% N1 or something like that, move condition lever to low idle.
This part is incorrect behavior. If the engine is shutdown with the prop feathered, there is no way to unfeather the propeller. The only way to unfeather is to restart the engine so there is oil pressure available to unfeather. It is a free turbine so there are no electrical unfeather pumps or accumulators installed (nor required).
