[MSFS2024] Beechcraft C90 GTX King Air

One of the best official aircraft, I wish its brother 350i would be upgraded into a similar state in the future, as currently the 350i is one of the worst official aircraft…

With the 1.6.11.0 I’m getting undefined in the Pro Line 21 Integrated Avionics System.

Does anyone know why?

Navigraph was updated yesterday, maybe that

Navigraph update did not fix it.

Do somebody know if there is way to show wind direction and speed on PFD or MFD?

Once in the air I think by default wind speed and direction are there.

Anyone else having issues with it randomly shutting down? For me the voltmeter and fuel flow readout are flickering.

See if the ignition and engine start switch is engaged.

Should it be off? If so that’s what I’ve been doing. Does it have something to do with turning on the engine anti-icing?

Yes it should be off. Voltage will drop when it’s engaged.

Is the MSFS2020 C90 a different product than the MSFS2024 version? I purchased the 2020 version off Marketplace last year. Now that I’m using 2024, I thought I would find it in Marketplace again to active/download but it’s not there. Moving it manually doesn’t work either. I’m guessing it’s one of those 2020-only models but wanted to check.

Also… I sent a ticket to Carenado last year about the performance issues. They did reply and said they would consider changes for a future release. So… maybe never….maybe someday.

It should transfer, but it seems it might be broken - the transfer doesn’t seem to have worked for people that owned it in 2024 and cannot see it in 2020, so it makes sense that those who have purchased in 2020 cannot see it in 2024. I would reach out Zendesk for support.

Thanks. I did send a request before Christmas and received a reply saying it was forwarded to the Marketplace team for investigation. No official answer yet but I wanted to see if someone here had the same issue. I’ll wait for a Zendesk reply.

Does anybody know? Is it by somehow possible to create a specific set of controls for this aircraft? Seems like none of the carenado ac was done with a set of specific controls.

When engaging NAV mode with a GPS flight plan loaded, the FMA correctly shows LNV1/NAV arming and later going active (green), but the autopilot couples to a waypoint labeled “(VECT)” rather than the actual next fix in the flight plan. This produces a DTK value that doesn’t match the drawn flight plan route on the map, causing the aircraft to visibly diverge from the plotted course while the autopilot reports it is actively tracking.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load any GPS flight plan with multiple waypoints
  2. Engage HDG mode, intercept course, press NAV to arm
  3. Allow NAV to capture (FMA shows LNV1 green, CDI centered)
  4. Observe FMS1 page — active leg reads “(VECT)” rather than the next real named waypoint
  5. Compare aircraft position on the map/tablet to the drawn flight plan line — aircraft visibly diverges from the route despite NAV showing active/coupled

Additional notes:

  • Reproduced on two separate flight plans, including a full game restart and an entirely different route/destination — ruling out a corrupted specific flight plan
  • HDG mode and manual flying work correctly; issue is isolated to NAV/LNAV coupling
  • FMA annunciations (armed → active) behave normally and don’t indicate any fault, making this difficult to catch until the aircraft has already deviated

I’m on PS5, btw…

The problems you mentioned earlier are not happening to me. I set the route on the world map and started on the runway.
I am on PC and using Beta 6.

Were you having in flight flame outs? 'Cause I just have 2 in a row…

ANYBODY, please…

Thank you
