[MSFS2024] Beechcraft C90 GTX King Air

This is another aircraft where the torque stays at 100% until 20 some thousand feet at 90% Throttle… Come on MSFS DEV’s unlock the engine.cfg files so we can fix this and not wait another half a year to correct. Also, the trim is off for take-off and landings. Speeds do not match POH at all… Please fix or just unlock, so that we can fix!!!

You are correct, the Dukes and the King Air are the best aircraft in the games (2020 AND 2024) for realism, power, and functionality as an actual simulated aircraft. I wish there were more products going to be offered by BLKSQR in the near future!

Last night I did a flight and, when trying to prepare the plane for the flight back, I couln’t start engines, and the FMS stayed off.

Tried everything, no luck.

Literally half the switches are not modelled. Continuous “engine malfunction” warnings despite setting prop/torque correctly. Appears to be that underpowered that even with said correct prop/torque settings you’re best off cycling to your destination.

I can’t find my way back to this screen “Takeoff Reference”

Was watching a video and noticed the green text. Does anyone know how to get it to show up?

Watch this youtube vid from That Flight Sim Channel. It is about the CJ4 but it uses the same rockwell collins. In there he explains how to get it.
Citation cj4 full flight tutorial, kmdw to kbos

He goes to “Takeoff” I don’t have that option…

Once you have your flight plan, your sid and star, set your bugs, set your VNAV targets, press display menu (possibly MFD Menu in yours) button. Then on 6L you will be able to press OFF/ON/VNAV. If you press 6L until VNAV is highlighted in green, it should put that TOD data there underneath your engine parameters and next to MFD legs info.

Here’s what I get…

I think that’s because you’re on the ground with the engines off, so it’s going to have a hard time trying to calculate real-time TOD and distance and such

Try it when you’re up at cruise.

Is there a way to see ground speed in this thing?
