Didn’t appear to be any, but last time I looked was a few hours ago… dunno if there’s a way for a developer to publish patch notes separately from the actual patches on the Marketplace, but if there is…
GPS GNS530 unit is broken now. Anyone else also notice that? I’m using SU4 beta.
Edit: It’s working now, idk if it was a SU4 beta update or a plane update.
that’s terrible news ![]()
Does anybody know if there’s some way to make the spoilerons work via a mod? I wouldn’t bet on it due to the aircraft files being encrypted, but that alone would make the 707 so much easier to hand-fly… the issue is, AH doesn’t seem to be getting around to it.
The plane is a non functional embarassment, as a Legacy Flier. This was one of the reasons I have been much more careful about Market Place purchases, The updated plane is still firmly in my regret category. If you dont own it, just dont.
Is there a page for the msfs 2020 version? Simbrief and GSX do not work together since the recent update - GSX says its not the model listed in the Simbrief plan. Latest development today is that GSX is reloading simbrief and never stops all the while GSX will not perform any services.
If this is the wrong page, could a nice admin forward me to a page that works for the AH 707 and msfs 2020?
Just did a successful flight from Anchorage to Fairbanks. No issues except for the old bug where the vertical speed control gets stuck on the altitude selector. Can solve by turning the autopilot off then on again.
Now that the kruger flaps are working it’s a night and day difference for takeoff and landing performance.
Your post would carry weight, but you seem to forget that this 707 (and all Local Legends) are advertised as Microsoft backed products. This plane isn’t just a random 3rd party developer throwing junk onto the marketplace. This is an Official Microsoft Flight Simulator 3rd party aircraft. This should warrant having a bit more support by Microsoft/Asobo themselves. But you guys clearly don’t care.
Please read the full context of the post you are quoting. My message was a direct reply to another forum user who was saying Microsoft should stop prioritizing releases of certain products on the MP. My post was to correct this misinformation by stating that Microsoft does not prioritize or de-prioritize MP releases and that which products are released each week is determined by which developers sign-off that their products are ready. This post was not referring to First Party releases like Local Legends or Famous Flyers.
Thanks,
MSFS Team
Understood. I guess since Microsoft/Asobo have all this free time by not managing what gets uploading to the marketplace, they should be able to encourage their 1st party partners to update their products.
Since this is made by Asobo/MSFS/Aeroplane Heaven - how about some cargo doors that open for luggage loading and right-side doors that open for food services? Oh, and an opening flight deck door. Thanks for the turning nosewheel. Oh, and thank goodness for those talented GSX profile makers who get things working despite all these missing payware functions. Cheers!
