[MSFS2024] Boeing 707-320C

Will there be SimBrief profiles for the various configurations at launch?

Needs to be voted for on the Navigraph website.

Does the aircraft get tested in the beta version to the public or is it all behind private testing?

I’ve never seen any first-party aircraft have a public beta, as far as I can recall, and there’s been no indication that they’ll ever start doing that. However, I’m just happy they still have public betas for the sim itself.

You made me go check this thread in hope of some information haha. I am sure we will get more information when it’s closer to release. Hopefully July and not August or later.

Not sure if you would know this, but do you know if the revamp will be free to the owners of the original 707?

Yes, it will

I remember the first live developer stream after the 707 release. Jorg’s disappointment when referring to the plane was palpable. I believe he made some comments about wanting to fix it.

Him deciding to say ā€œGive it to Working Titleā€ is the best way to make that a reality.

I wonder if Jorg got the same sort of ā€˜feedback’ from the developer of the 707 as we do with their other products?

Well, all of their products so far have been given over to other developers if that means anything…

Although, it could be that when asked to upgrade their products for 2024, they declined.

May be a bit of both. AH seems to do an okay job on their own projects, but their work for Asobo was lacking. Might have stretched them too thin.

I really felt sorry for the guy who did the flight model. He was here on the forum taking a lot of flak, but he answered everything the best he could. I really appreciated him for that.
