Just a short note from my side again:
Just out of curiosity I did install xPlane12 and was instantly able to start a flight.
Did test a few other sims like Assetto Corsa Competizione, F1 24, Forza Horizon, Forza Motorsport, DCS World …
All of them had no issues on my system.
This leads me to the conclusion that MSFS 2024 must be the root cause of the problem and not my system.
In addition to this I did a several software assisted stresstest and performancetests of the whole system. It did pass all tests without issues.
On performanceTest my system is ranked within the top 3% of all tests performed.
I did also use OCCT and Memtest86 (to check specific on the RAM)
Given the above I am still confused why MS is still thinking it is due to my system. The tests with other sims, and the stresstests did not show any issues.
Latest recommendation was to reinstalling my OS.
This is unbelievable.
I did several tests and non of them is showing any issues, only FS2024 and they still insist it is based on my system.
It is like driving the wrong direction on the highway and start complaining that everone else is driving the wrong direction.
I am happy to perform any other test MS would like me to perform beside using FS2024. This is not a test! If any of the requested tests will show any issue I could consider this due to my system.
