The next step might be to ask if I have already tried iOS 
Regarding the system of my brother, only difference is right now his water cooling system is blue and mine i red. Maybe MS does not like red. 
In all fairness he lives 150km away from me and has a 1 Gbit fiber optic. I guess this might have something to do with it.
