This could definitely handle light cargo routes

Just my 2 cents worth of feedback since Asobo announced all the famous flyers would be updated to msfs2024 native. All in all still one of my favourite aircraft to fly in the sim.
If it is at all possible to update some animations and system squawks that would be awesome. On the animations side the vast majority is perfect, the two glaring things I’ve noticed are the ramp side plates and hydraulic ram on the 2020 aircraft aren’t animated to move with the ramp despite being modelled and secondly the propellor is in a course pitch when shut down and not a fine pitch like it would be 99 percent of the time. See attached the photos of what these items should look like.
Systems wise not too much to point out here, oil temps are high when at takeoff and climb power (above red line), the control lock does not lock the control column like it should and lastly the flight model for flaps 40 has the aircraft attitude quite flat for what it should be with very little drag.
Finally the most glaring and annoying problem I’ve encountered is that darn reverse thrust… select full reverse thrust and the engines just sit at idle, deselect the reverse thrust and suddenly the worlds slowest cargo plane could beat a top fuel dragster down a quarter mile drag strip.
Aside from all of that it’s a great aircraft for back country flying and dirt strip landings.

a pop up configuration page where you could choose visual items, like wheel chocks on the ground, maybe an external power unit, cargo items in the back, and so on

animate the captains arm rest, so it can swing upward so you can do a visual quick check on the elevator trim

exhaust / smoke trail on certain engine settings

enhance system depth, make more of the switches functional

I second the remarks on the flight model, expecially flap drag and descent attitude

BTW, I contacted Jankees because of the Air America livery. The writing on the aircraft is not the original Air America (it says Air Cargo America). ACA was or is a commercial company stationed in Florida, has nothing to do with AA back then, except that they chose to “look a like”. He will change it or make a new “old” one!
