My engine cut out yesterday and I had to do an emergency landing. I’d previously noticed the asymmetric emptying of the tanks and it looks like the other one does not automatically get switched in, when the first one empties.
It was set to use both tanks by the way, which I’d have expected to cause the tanks to empty in parallel on not in sequence.
