Question, has anyone figured out how to use the waterdrop system on the aircraft? Tried looking for buttons in the cockpit and key bindings to start and drop the snorkel, but no luck so far. This thing is a blast to fly, but would be amazing with the waterdrop system working!

I asked the dev in the linked topic but haven’t received an answer yet.

I don’t think it’s working at the moment. I couldn’t find any kind of mappable buttons for it and thoroughly searched the cockpit. Can’t get it to work

Ah, what a shame, would be awesome to use this thing to do some proper water dropping

At this stage, and since the first instal of 2024, I have no Audio (interior or exterior) in any version of the S-64F. C&D start or Running Start both are silent.

I’m using the Game Pass, Standard Edition on PC.

It doesn’t work. I reported it as a bug but was also told MS left that feature out on purpose. Even though they advertise it in the opening video and include a “Firefighting” version.

Very interesting and unique aircraft. A shame that the water system and hook doesn’t work, which is kinda the whole purpose of such a helicopter.

I wish the lifting and water drop features worked in free flight as well…
I looked into it a little bit and got the same answers on Blackbird’s discord.
Then I posted a major rant about helicopters not being included in firefighting here on the forums.

How can I make this plane stop spinning to the right all the time? I set up yaw trim and longitude trim but they don’t help. When I apply pressure to left yaw to fight the right turn tendency, the plane reacts super quick and started to rotate left right away. I currently have all assists on and I use hotas 1. Is there any keybind I can do to help this? Thanks!

It seems like the assists do not function correctly/if at all for this aircraft. On Xbox with a controller it is impossible to fly and you can not get it into a stable hover to do cargo missions. Also if you skip to takeoff during a mission, the wheel chocks are still attached to the wheels somehow…

Please fix this
