Probably not, but that is a limitation having a joystick with centering spring. You should keep the thing in trim, you can set-up bindings for helicopter logitudinal and lateral trim just like elevator and aileron trim on a fixed wing. Or you can use “force trim release”. The latter works really well, just bind it to a button on the joystick, press and hold, center the joystick and release the button.
