I also have a Velocity One throttle which has the trim wheel. It does bind properly but will often jump the first time you use it in flight. The fix for that is to use some freeware addon like Simtrim which also gives you fine control over other functions.

Fix for the showcase camera bumping you to the roof in airport interiors-that SU2 seemed to have introduced, ruins the enjoyment of airports with interiors.
There are many, but would love to see this fixed…
Photogrammetry quality tree/vegetation fix for blocky blobs of trees around airports. Kills the immersion instantly. The sim should automatically detect and suppress photogrammetry tree blobs and replace them with a hybrid autogen tree system around a set radius at airports.

As i long to say live weather i am going to say ingame ATC.
As it is atm it is awful. And while i don’t always want to be on vatsim i think this should be completely redone in MSFS2024

The F/A-18E is not encrypted - you can open the config files just fine through the VFS:
The flight model config is more or less “empty” on the F/A-18E as it doesn’t use a classic flight model and instead a WASM based one.
Also the CL412 is NOT encrypted:
In fact NON of the Standard Edition aircraft are encrypted since at least SU4, maybe even since SU3. Only aircraft from the other editions are partly encrypted for anti piracy reasons (you could copy and upload these and nothing would stop people from using the aircraft in the Standard Edition).
Ah, ok, thanks, and how modders can repair/tweak them now?, that is unknown even from all modders practically. And can they do liveries even now?

Unknown? There are mods and liveries for a variety of aircraft available on flightsim.to - it’s not unknown, it just takes time and needs someone to be interested and dedicated into the aircraft you are looking for. Or you start your own project.
The problem however is not encryption - the real problem is general complexity.
If you came from FSX times you may assume that liveries for example are straight forward, however they are not as you don’t paint them anymore “just” in photoshop. You need access to the model to paint the aircraft in 3D with different materials and render a texture from there as usually UV maps are set up in an optimized way to waste no space and to not stretch. This way however you don’t have enough visual clues to “just paint” in 2D.
On flight models it’s the same deal - up until MSFS 2020 you had just one flight model while on MSFS 2024 an aircraft might be made out of multiple flight models which resemble a specific aerodynamic part (an engine with its pylon, some additional lifting devices, the fuselage without the cockpit section…) as aircraft are modular. Also not all modifications are not allowed as “overwrites” anymore as these caused issues on MSFS 2020 when a single addon by accident was overwriting essential files used on other aircraft. So there are now more strict and specific rules in place (documented within the SDK documentation).

In regards to better ATC would it be worth the investment to try to make Say Intentions the default ATC for the SIM for all platforms and then if the simmers with they can do Vatsim on their own as always, but the Say Intentions would be a great upgrade to the existing ATC in sim since the voice option is not there for communicaiton and the menus to select responses to ATC leads to overlapping audio and sometimes is not properly working.

LESS stutter. we need this!! I get around 100 fps and stutter is annoying when its so smooth… Also less DATA usage
