Another thing for me would be increased detail of the outside world.
When comparing PC/Steam images and the playstation, it is a bit of a joke, although I could not compare VR images.
A PS5 VR flight game like Aces of Thunder does have very detailed graphics in VR, much much better then MSFS 2024. After playing AoT and going to MSFS it seems like my lenses need cleaning, especially when looking outside the aircraft but even things like instruments are difficult to read precisely when not zoomed in.
Just an example: the PAPI lights next to most runways are hardly readable until very close and details of runways are difficult to see, all at distances greater then ca. 500 meter / 1600 feet …
Looking more multi mission default airliners in career mode that has lots of different models , like the CRJ 200, the new DO228, B737 800, b757 200 and b767 300, (they all ready have ai models of the b737 8000, 757 200, and 767 300)
Update the og hand crafted airport scenery that came with the game, the world updates airports make the hand crafted start airports obsolete and please fix MYNN (MYNN dose not match its IRL layout) and dose not have the cover thing people walk under, plus we don’t have any of the Cape air gates in Boston Logon
can we have Road Traffic Toggle in VR mode? we have Air Traffic and even Fauna, but not cars? this greatly ruins immersion and makes every city look post-apocalypticly empty..
It just barely got certified like you said, it will take a while to get everything together for the Max 7. Probably won’t see a variant for a minimum of 6 months perhaps even longer.
I still think the certification of the max 7 (and max 10) is one of this year important aviation milestones (because we’re going to see a319’s retire along with the 717’s, and Janet’s 737 600 fleet is getting a little old as well)
But I can definitely wait if Asobo decided to do the max 7 and max 10 this year (a lot of us will be jumping up and down in excitement if this ever happened)
I would never expect the sim to offer a licensed aircraft that is not yet in service - the data required to make it correctly would not yet be publicly available.
But when the max 7 data and max 10 data becomes available we’re going to want to fly them (especially the max 10, seeing how many max 10 orders there are)
The other problem I have is that the default 787 10 is the only super long range default Boeing twin engine option, and was looking for something smaller like the b757 200, and 787 8 that would let me park in the gate not taken by ai traffic
It’s the ai traffic in my heavy spot causing the problem plus I know the 787 is more modern and has more range but i was looking for a twin Boeing option that I could use that is a bit smaller so i can park it in a medium gate (like the 757 could, but it’s highly frowned upon) and it would be more fun if we had a Boeing classic to match the a330, and I also believe the 787-8 would do well also
If you took a look at essential air service we are just missing the metroliner, DO328JET, ERJ 135, and ERJ 145 aircraft (never been overseas to Europe so I can’t answer what aircraft are European essential air service aircraft)
(a lot of us will be jumping up and down in excitement if this ever happened)
