Your workaround is still working perfectly for me and starts every time. It also loads very quickly. Also I stated in this post I thought it would not start because of my 18 core 36 thread CPU. In fact it will run very well anyway I set up my my processor.
Thanks again

Am I in the right folder? I don´t have anything in this folder that does not start with either asobo, fs, or microsoft. Is there a workaround in this case? Because as far as I understand it, you guys are deleting folders in your StreamedPackages as they load in? But nothing 3rd party is loading in for me…
The StreamedPackages folder is in the LocalState folder. Not in the Roaming section.
Looks like the update didn’t fix the issue. They just allow the option to turn off your 2020 content. If you try to re-enable it all and restart, the game hangs as before.
Stuck at 56% here. Is this any way to run an airline?! I could say a lot more, but nobody is listening anyway and I’m sure they really don’t care. Sad. Asobo has Microsofted. Great job!

Its been fixed for me. I was stuck at 23 out of the 25 aircraft I had, any more than 23 and it would hang at 56%, just dragged the final 2 across from the store folder into StreamedPackages and the sim started just fine, I’ve checked in the library and they are all enabled and accessible too.
I dont have anything there. Can someone share their path in windows? Btw, I have the Steam version. Dont know if that changes anything?
I have: This PC / Users / Username / AppData / Roaming / Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 / StreamedPackages
Only problem I have is that there is no 3rd party folders in this location.
After AppData I also have Local or LocalLow, but I cant find a Streamed Packages folder there. Is it different on Steam?
I am using the store version so I am not entirely sure about the Steam folder paths. On your PC you might want to check in the control panel under file explorer options and make sure Windows features is set as checked to Show Hidden Files and Folders.
If you installed your MSFS 2024 on a different drive than default I would not be sure where to look on a Steam install.
