Type Nvida in the Search until NVIDIA Control Panel shows up and then click it. At the bottom click System Information. What does it say the driver version is?

Windows 10 correct?
So read this thread and fired up the sim. Guess what, CTD as described in the first post in this thread. Worked fine last night, nothing changed on the system. Amazing !!!
well that sucks.. to save you some trouble, re-installing will not help
yes, it always has.. I just toggled it again for good measure
Open the Xbox app.
Then go to the app’s Settings and click on About.
Take a screenshot of that window and include it in your reply.
Next, open the Xbox Insider Hub app.
Click on Previews, then scroll down so the Joined section is visible.
Take a screenshot of that screen as well and attach it to your reply.
FOLKS, please listen (PC VERSION), nVidia has a driver that is corrupt and doesn’t get updated. DO NOT UPDATE YOUR DRIVER. Go to “DEVICE MANAGER” and “UNINSTALL” the nVidia RTX driver. Then go into the nVidia App and do a clean install (check the checkbox). YOU MUST DO THIS TO FIX THE CORRUPT DLL ISSUE.
At one instance in my case, updating NVIDIA or reverting any updates works for me. If you make any recent graphics changes to your system, it may worth reverting the changes.
this started before I updated the nvidia driver so it’s probably not what caused it
TRY.
1 Uninstall Gaming Services
2 Uninstall Xbox app
3 Restart PC
4 Open Microsoft Store app
5 In search bar type Xbox and click Xbox app
6 Install Xbox app
7 Open Xbox app
// Once you launch the Xbox app, please wait for the update process to complete, during which the Gaming Services will also be installed.
8 After the update process has finished, customize the Xbox app to your preferences and make sure you’re signed in.
9 Launch MSFS 2024

no changes when this started.. just played fine, turned off my pc, came back after 3 days and started crashing, only then I updated the nvidia app and driver
Which driver is this?
you’re amazing!
note to self.. if this happens again, start with the xbox app as it seems to ■■■■ itself from time to time
