Multimonitor setup causes Mouse to stop interacting with aircraft in certain circumstances

Brief description of the issue:

No Mouse interaction with Cockpit with multimonitor settings in use but only a single display (other monitors removed)

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

In a Multi monitor setup se the monitors up using the new multimonitor settings under Experimental.
Disable the 2nd and 3rd monitors and run the sim on a single monitor. Mouse will not interact with aircraft systems

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

AMD Ryzen 7 3800+
AMD Radeon RX5700 XT
32 Gb Ram
Expansive Storage 1TB dedicated to FS
All Standard FS peripherals

CONFIRMED - it has always been like this.

Also, even on a Single Monitor, if an Instrument Display is popped out, then interacting with that popped out windows, with the mouse , to MOVE the window, also freezes the SIM, while Drag Focus is on that window.
