Multiple connectivity issues

I am uninstalling this game. For over 6 months now I have not been able to connect to their servers. I get low bandwith message every time I sign in, no live weather, no multiplayer, no live traffic, cant connect to vatsim…and now after the update today getting invisible planes and blurry buildings and textures.

I completely give up. I have tried EVERYTHING.
Tried reinstalling numerous times. Tried clearing community folder. Tried signing out and back in on Microsoft Store, Xbox and the game itself and made sure they all synced up. Tried resetting the router and modem. Tried ethernet cable. Tried checking data settings were all on. Tried port forwarding. Tried disabling firewall. Tried running through a VPN.

Nothing works. I just cant get online.
Can anybody suggest anything else that might be the issue? I’ve been trying for months.

I’m really sorry to hear this. Have you contacted Zendesk? If so, what have they said?

If you change your setting to offline, will you be able to get the game booted up and loaded into a flight? Do you by chance have the google enhanced maps installed?

Same situation here. Utterly infuriating and no issue being online with any other game on the Xbox X.

Reset the game, port forwarding, static IP tried to toggle the Data settings, joined my iPhone hotspot to get through authentication - pretty much everything.

Marketplace constantly greyed out then all of a sudden, it will be online again for maybe an hour or two and then inexplicably go back offline.

Sometimes I start the game with it showing online then a few seconds later it tells me I’m offline.

I cannot even fly offline. I have the offline files installed but won’t let me fly as it believes they are NOT installed, then takes me to the shop to install them and it says installed.

Total joke of a situation.
