All of a sudden my 787 is not showing in my sim nor in the Content manager. and I had the Premium deluxe

Now I know what happened. Somehow my password for Microsoft has changed and I used another password and email I had with them. This allowed my to sign in the flight simulator but funny enough I only have the Standard version of Flight Simulator not the Premium Deluxe that I have paid for. When I press the Forgot password button I get the message that I have used it too many times and I must try the next day. What is the next day for Microsoft USA next day or Europe next day?
Finally after 24 hours Microsoft allowed me to get a verification code and signed in with my original email and got back my Premium deluxe edition.

Suggest you photoshop your e-mail address out. A bit dangerous these days.
Thanks for the suggestion. I still though don’t understand why Microsoft allowed me to sign in with my other email address and only let me use the MSFS Standard Edition.
I don’t understand that either. Unfortunately experiences like yours are one of the reasons why I’m not planning to buy any add-on in the foreseeable future
